We want you to love your Pofash ashtrays as much as we do. If something isn't right, we’re here to make it right.
Effective materials. Thoughtful design. That’s what we promise. And if a product doesn’t deliver that experience, you can return it.
7-Day Returns
You may return any unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return:
1. Item must be purchased directly from pofash.com
2. Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
3. Original packaging are required

How to Return
Contact us at official@pofash.com with your order number and reason for return
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost will be deducted from your refund: flat fee of €5.50 / £4.50 / $6.00 depending on region)
Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
Drop off at any local post office
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at official@pofash.com
Include your order number and photos of the issue
We’ll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice
We examine all products before shipping, but mistakes happen. When they do, we fix them — fast.
🚚 Logistics Damage Guarantee
If your Pofash ashtray arrives crushed, torn, or otherwise unusable due to shipping handling — don’t worry, and don’t settle.
Simply send us a photo of the damaged ashtray and the outer packaging within 1 days of delivery, and we will ship you a replacement at no cost — no return needed, no shipping fee, no questions asked.
Because a folded ashtray should arrive ready to hold your pause, not become another piece of waste before it even begins.
